My Wish List...

Not that I am going to DIE soon. But it was a request made by my boss to oblige.

Yes, he asked us to give him our wish list, selfishly...

I think it is rather FUCKING WASTE OF MY TIME, because I believe we are not going anywhere in this kind of FUCKED UP / DEMOTIVATED / DEMORALIZED / CHEE BYE / TULAN and whatever environment in the office.

COME ON JOHN... LIKE YOU REALLY GONNA DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!? I HEARD YOU SAID THAT 2 YEARS AGO AND THINGS ARE STILL FUCKING SAME. YOUR STRENGTH IS DEFINITELY GIVING EMPTY PROMISES. SO GO PLAY WITH YOUR DICK FAR FAR AWAY!

So... @ 9:30 I walked into his room and chatted. It last almost 2 hours and I was dragged late for my appointment. DAMN YOU JOHN! Anyway, as expected, everything we penned down, he will definitely have an answer to it and will always fail to realize that he is PART OF THE PROBLEM!

For those who are curious about my wish list... here you go:

1. I don’t want to work on OSIM anymore. I want to have my exposure at other category
2. I don’t want to work late anymore
3. If I were to continue working on OSIM I want to have 2 AE and 1 SAE. Shane to be the SAE with another AE following her on NORO and I will take on OSIM with another AE
4. A sufficient increment that are able to subsidies / worth my dedication all this while with OSIM
5. I want to move into planning as soon as possible to learn more about research and strategy
6. I want the Agency to be absolutely transparent to their employee. I want to know the absolute truth about the Agency. I don’t want to be the last to know from the grapevines
7. I would like to carry on with Diethelm on more of a supervisory role. I am not keen to let go on what I have built so far
8. I want someone to put a foot down on OSIM. Be firm and stern to them. I don’t want us to bound down to OSIM every single time when we know it’s obviously ridiculous request. Bosses do not defend our work enough and always a YES man to my perception
9. I need to be assured and appreciated from time to time. I want Pris to show me the respect I deserve from my unconditional dedication
10. I want to have the opportunity for more management, branding and other advertising related training. And the opportunity to learn cross-culturally in offices of different countries
11. I would like to be transferred to Euro network outside Malaysia.
12. The employees’ benefits are not well taken care off. Agency needs to be more people centric.
13. The interior of the company SUCKS, big time!
14. Aircond of the office, should be on 24-hours for those whom work late. A non-central aircond at least
